The Role:

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to help promote our mission to create better food from the ground up! This role will be the critical conduit between our R+D and product teams at our Israeli headquarters and the marketing team based in North America. Reporting to the Marketing Director (based in the US, East Coast), the Marketing Manager not only brings experience in product or brand marketing but must operate with a high degree of professionalism in a hybrid-global environment. The ideal candidate operates with initiative, self-management, and strong organizational skills to deliver tasks in a timely manner. They must be comfortable with both operational and tactical and strategic tasks.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing strategies to meet and align to the overall company goals, including our social media and website.
  • Stay close to the progress in our R+D center and identify the most important developments to be used as marketing opportunities— supporting the marketing needs of the teams in Israel including R+D, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Serve as the boots on the ground for PR opportunities in Israel, including the preparation, management, and optimization of R+D center tours and PR interviews.
  • Manage marketing vendors and contractors, providing briefing when necessary, to ensure high quality and timely output from vendors. This includes the creation of marketing materials and assets.
  • Provide copywriting and/or proofreading for assets, projects, and ad-hoc requests for US and Israeli teams in English. A bonus would be to provide feedback on marketing documents in Hebrew when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing. Experience in food, FoodTech, or AgTech is a bonus. Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and lead generation is a bonus.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or related fields; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • A problem-solver who knows how to set realistic priorities and execute in a professional and timely manner.
  • Flexible, cross-functional and love the thought of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Native English speaker. Hebrew skills are a bonus.
Additional Requirements
  • This role must be willing to work flexible hours to interact with the US team.
  • This role will spend 2-3 days at the offices in Givat Brenner (days can be flexible). Reliable transportation is required to get to the office, which is not accessible by public transportation.
