At Equinom, how we do things is just as important as what we do and why we do it. As we continue to grow, our company culture is rooted in these 5 Guiding Principles:

We value diversity in nature and in people, so we respect the different perspectives and expertise that everyone brings to the table. While we may not always agree, we challenge each other kindly and we listen open-mindedly in order to find the best path forward.

Where we work:
Equinom is a global FoodTech company with employees located in Israel and across North America.
Our global headquarters and Innovation Center are in Givat Brenner, Israel — strategically located near the country’s FoodTech hub in Rehovot and the Weizmann Institute of Science, and just a short drive from Tel Aviv. In the United States, our hub is in Indianapolis, Indiana close to our growing operations. To best serve the North American market, we also offer remote work opportunities in both the US and Canada.
